By accessing or using BerkeleyBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

BerkeleyBot is a Twitch chat bot platform that allows users to configure and manage automated chat bots for their Twitch channels. Features include custom commands, quotes, timers, points tracking, moderation tools, and more.

Account Registration

Access to BerkeleyBot requires authentication via Twitch OAuth. New accounts require admin approval or a valid registration code. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke access at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BerkeleyBot to violate Twitch's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, harass or spam other users, distribute harmful or illegal content, or attempt to exploit or disrupt the service.

Service Availability

BerkeleyBot is provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime or availability. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

BerkeleyBot and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, channel bans, or service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
